Where does your meat come from?

We source all our products from local Ottawa Valley farms that prioritize sustainable practices, pasture-raising, and hormone-free environments.

How is the meat packaged for delivery?

All items are flash-frozen at the peak of freshness and vacuum-sealed. They are shipped in insulated boxes with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they stay frozen until they reach your doorstep.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

No, you do not need to be home. Our specialized packaging is designed to keep your products frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery. We will leave the package at your front door or designated area.

What is your delivery area and schedule?

We currently deliver across the greater Ottawa area and surrounding regions. Delivery dates depend on your specific zone, which you can verify by entering your postal code at checkout.

Can I customize my order or subscription?

Absolutely. You can choose from our curated boxes or build your own custom order. Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time through your account dashboard.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or accuracy of your order, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution or refund.
