If there is an issue with your order, please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution or credit.
Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, immediately inspect your vacuum-sealed packages to ensure they are frozen or refrigerator-cold and that the seals remain intact.
Document the Issue
If you notice any damage or discrepancies, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping label to help our quality control team assessment.
